Handle Stress

Stress is everywhere,
in work, in your business, in your family, with your kids, with your colleagues
if you little younger - you can be stressed at your studies, in your relationship
everywhere.
we need to handle it since we don't want to be driven by stress.
I guess that we can't eliminate it,
but we need a different state of mind when dealing with stress

Your task id to identify what brings you to a stressed mood and solve it

for instance in my case, I was stressed when I was required to present some slides inside our company.
I was stressed by thinking about my future finances
etc etc.

as a matter of fact when you will clearly think about what makes you stress you will find out that most of the things are non-sense or that you can't do nothing about that... (like being stressed about your kids while they are in school or kindergarten - after you verify it's the best place for them) 
so let it go. concentrate in other issues you can handle

like I said, for myself - 
instead of running away from presentations, I took little assignments, present to few people I know better which made me feel more confident, then I start gaining a confidence to present more and more audience.
in one more - training!!
I also watched a lot videos in youtube and read many articles about the issue
I can't tell you it 100% solved - but I made a progress and that what is all about!

for second issue - I'm still try to figure out how to be more secure about my family finances,
but I understood it can be a long process to raise our income,
and I'm trying few things like writing this blog!! :-)

I'm sure that you are not less talented that anybody else,
change your state of mind.
use your time wisely
not let stress be your motivator 
take the reins back.
control your life.
be happy

Define Yourself

now it's the time for a little but super important change!
so far we (I let myself to write we instead of I) didn't have a major plan or something that guide us to achieve our targets in our lives even if we partially defined them. (part of us did)
which means that even if we got great achievements in our work, business, social life, most of the time it was accidentally.
this isn't enough!
now,
free up some time during the day, even a couple of minutes in the end of the day thinking  about yourself. think about what you achieved so far, be proud of it.
think also about your status right now, do you satisfied from your day to day progress?
I guess everyone will tell you the importance of defining some goals in your life.
indeed, it is super important.
fly higher with me - are you the person you want to be?
spend time to define yourself ! who are you? what do you believe in?
then you can act and start planning -
plan your goals and targets. break them to little missions,
pick up a good planner application to track those missions.
discuss your plans with a good friends, with your family
learn from other's experience
listen to a good advice - we can learn from everyone.
don't forget - time is precious 
make a plan and stick to your plans.
don't be afraid to do mistakes, think about the risks and take them as part of your considerations.
progress step by step, easy and slow.
I did it.
you will as well.

Think Positive

Think positive!
I know it sounds like a cliche but I truly believe that if you are a positive human being, good things will happen to you.
it's also a state of mind that will motivate you to do things that you thought you can't.
wake up in the morning with a smile, start your day doing a positive thing
whether it's drinking your coffee or calling your mom...  be aware of it!
be joyful, appreciate you can do the things you like.
have a good conversation with your wife, your kids..
take your dog for a walk... take a good breath, smell the fresh air - be aware of it!
there are many many more things you can think about better then me.
be more patient, more polite, help people who needs your help,
they will be grateful and you will be very satisfied!
remember this - the  universe pays back. 

from the other side -
avoid things that brings you down.
for example - I reduced to minimum my news consumption -
news is a nice word to "bad news" and that what it's all about.
bad news brings you to a bad mood. Without any proportion,  news make you think that the world is bad, that people are bad, I believe that most of them are not.
I create my own positive circles. I am creating a life that surrounded by great people.
I spent less time using my cell phone, try to avoid obsessions to time-wasting stuff.

write it down:
time is the most precious resource you have - 
use it wisely!
consume knowledge!
motivation!
ideas!

The Realization

Today is the day, finally you understand it.
You feel it in your bones.
You know you can do more with your life and you feel that you deserve more.
Generally, I can say you had these feelings for a while and you can't stop thinking about it…
If you share the same feeling with me, I warmly  invite you to keep reading and to be inspired by the process that I'm experiencing right now.
keep in mind,
  It's not supposed to be a dramatic or drastic change in your behavior, just in your mind!
All you need is to teach yourself to think different from all you learned so far.
And this is the big change! Memorize it, I deserve more, I can do more!

I'm not going to give you "the best 5 ways to get richer" or "the 10 healthiest things you should do in your life" but I'm going to motivate you to find it by yourself.
it can be accomplished, and it's so easy!
